Lynn Hawkins, MA, BCBA, LBATX
Howdy, I’m Lynn Hawkins, MA, BCBA, LBATX. In addition to over 20 years of experience with those with development disabilities, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) I am directly responsible for providing effective changes in behaviors using the best of Applied Behavior Analysis, which includes giving and receiving super cool rewards! One way I receive cool rewards is by using ABA therapy with everyone at the center! Another fun part of my day here at the center is to ensure that our BCaBAs or Registered Behavioral Technicians (therapists) maintain high standards working with your child. I address problem behaviors, skill acquisition, track progress and set parent and insurance approved goals, as well as train families in a more natural environment.
Anne (Lead RBT)
Anne graduated from Texas A&M in the Fall of 2021 with a Bachelor's in Psychology. After working with high school students with autism and adults with developmental disabilities in Bryan-College Station, Anne realized her passion for helping differently-abled individuals. Outside of Montgomery Autism Center, you can see Anne baking new recipes, spending time at her family's ranch, or hanging out with her husband and two cats. Anne was recently accepted into a Master's Special Education - Applied Behavioral Analysis Program at Arizona State University in hopes of becoming a BCBA.
Kaylee (Administrative Coordinator)
From the small town of Franklin, TX, Kaylee was raised to “help thy neighbor”, treat others with kindness, and always dedicate yourself to your work. From a young age, she knew she wanted to work with children and make a difference in some way. Kaylee began her studies in healthcare and as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) to kick start her career. From there she gained experience in the health industry but couldn’t find the perfect fit, until she found Montgomery Autism Center! Working as an Administrative Coordinator for Montgomery Autism Center, Kaylee has found a new passion and sense of purpose to advocate for the families of children with Autism and changing lives with Montgomery Autism Center.
